We’ve had a lot of questions about what you can and can’t bring in to Youth Beatz so here’s a post that tells you everything!
We are delivering an event focussed on young people, as a result no alcohol is permitted to be brought on site, no alcohol will be sold on site and individuals under the influence will not gain entry.
Under no circumstances will any food or drink (opened or unopened) be permitted to be brought on site. Do not bring along snacks or juice as these will have to be consumed before entering. We do have a number of food catering options available on the day.
For entry, the event opens at 1pm – if you want or need to leave the event through out the day then you are able to do so. If you leave before 6:30pm you will be given a wristband that will allow you to re-enter until 8pm. However, if the first time you leave the event is after 6:30pm then you will not be issued a wristband and cannot re-enter. For first time entry, the gates will close at 8pm.
Please note, everyone will be searched upon entering or re-entering the event.
The event will finish at 9:30pm.
Animals cannot be brought into the event, due to the amount of funfair rides, live entertainment and people at Youth Beatz, it is not a suitable environment for pets so please do not bring them.
You can either print off your ticket or show it on your mobile device. There is no need to print if you can display the full ticket on your mobile or tablet. Please note that to download the attachment on the day, you will need signal so it might be worth making sure you do this at home before coming along.
Each ticket has a unique number and code so each ticket will only permit one festival go-er. Do not share or attempt to re-scan tickets as you will not be able to enter the event.
Campchairs, Flags, Flares, Weapons etc. will not be allowed into the event. Event go-ers can bring along blankets for seating.
If your child is aged 11 or under then they will need to be accompanied by an adult in order to enter the event. Our evening entertainment (5pm onwards) is not recommended for small children, however this is at the parent or guardians discretion.
If you child is aged 2 or under, they DO NOT need a ticket.
The line up could be subject to change, however to give you an idea of our schedule we have uploaded times under the ‘Line-Up’ Section on our website.
Meet & Greets
There are a few opportunities to win meet and greet tickets throughout the day itself so keep your eyes peeled on our Facebook and Twitter for details on the day.
If you have won a meet and greet ticket already, there will be information with your passes about the times and where you need to go.
If you need help on the day…
If you have any problems or want to know anything else on the day then speak with a member of event youth work staff who will be dotted around the park – they’ll be wearing blue t-shirts and pink high vis!
